Nestled at the foot of the Quantock Hills in Somerset, Cothelstone Manor is a magnificent Grade II* listed Elizabethan manor house, set within the Cothelstone Estate. Rich in history and surrounded by nature, Cothelstone offers a truly bespoke and exclusive venue for your special day.

We host only a handful of weddings at Cothelstone Manor each year, making our venue truly exclusive. With access to the venue from Thursday morning to Monday evening and over two acres of grounds to call your own, Cothelstone Manor is yours to curate a fully bespoke celebration, with us supporting you every step of the way.

A stone’s throw from Cothelstone Manor, the Church of St Thomas of Canterbury offers a truly special location for your ceremony and can seat up to 120 + 26 people. A winding flower lined path takes you the short distance from the Manor to the Church, which sits nestled in Cothelstone Park under the canopy of an ancient copper beech tree. For couples wanting a non-religious ceremony, we offer bespoke blessings in the grounds of Cothelstone Manor.

Kick off celebrations with your drinks reception in either our Back Courtyard, Walled Garden or Front Courtyard. Move into the marquee for your wedding breakfast. Anything from long rustic sharing tables to more formal dining arrangements - we will help bring your vision to life, before dancing the night away.
